VFS Global is authorized partner of Embassy of Sweden in United States of America. Visa applications for Sweden shall be submitted to the VFS Global Visa Application Centers located in Washington DC, Houston, New York, Chicago and San Francisco.

Step 2 Before you decide to apply for a visa please make sure you familiarize yourself with the information on the visa subclass you are applying for. Quick links to information on visa categories and other helpful information including Visa Fee, VFS Service Charge and Processing Time can be found on the Visa Wizard page on this website.

Step 3 Applicants should fill the Visa Application Form corresponding to the visa subclass under which they wish to lodge their application. Applicants can get the visa application form by visiting the nearest Australia Visa Application Centre or by downloading the forms from Applications and Forms.

  • Please be sure you are applying for your Schengen visa through the correct Embassy or Consulate General. This is based on the main purpose of your journey or your first port of entry and time spent in your countries of destination.   • **Kindly make individual appointment for each applicant travelling with you i.e. family member, group of friends or colleagues. We will not be accepting more than 1 applicant in the booked time slot. NO WALK-IN applicants will be accepted. Please note it is not possible to book an appointment by phone or email.
