1. Once you have dialed the Helpline number, please wait for the call to automatically disconnect
2. After the call is automatically disconnected you will receive a call back and be connected to the Sweden Helpdesk
3. Once connected to the Sweden Helpdesk automated query options will be provided for your selection
4. Please select the option related to your query
