Sweden Embassy / Sweden Consulate General, in Turkey are pleased to announce the opening of their Visa Application Centres across Turkey. The site provides information on procedures applicable to Turkish nationals, Turkish residents, and nationals of foreign countries that comes under jurisdiction of Sweden Embassy / Sweden Consulate General in Turkey and wish to apply for a Swedish visa for short period of stay.

This site provides with details related to your application submission and collection process along with other useful information you need to know.

Step 2 Before you decide to apply for a visa please make sure you familiarize yourself with the information on the visa subclass you are applying for. Quick links to information on visa categories and Long Term Short-term helpful information including Visa Fee, VFS Service Charge and Processing Time can be found on the Visa Wizard page on this website.

Step 3 Applicants should fill the Download Forms corresponding to the visa subclass under which they wish to lodge their application. Applicants can get the Download Forms by visiting the nearest Sweden Visa Application Centre or by downloading the forms from Applications and Forms.

  • Change in the Application Forms

    Schengen Visa Application Form for Sweden is updated. If you are willing to submit your application as of 02 February 2020, you have to bring the new Application Form. You can find the forms in our main page and “Download Forms” part of the visa category that you are going to apply.

  • Increased fees for visa applications

    Please note: As of 02 February 2020 the Schengen visa fee per person (Short Stay Visa) will increase from 60 to 80 euros or the equivalent amount in your local currency. For children between 6-12 years old the visa fee will increase to 40 euros or equivalent

  • Visa Application Centre in Ankara is moving to a new location effective 16 April 2019. Starting Tuesday, 16 April 2019, applicants will be able to submit their visa applications at İşçi Blokları Mh. Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu Cd. No:57/A Çankaya/Ankara 06530 – Regnum Sky Tower
